One of the first blueprints I've uploaded to this workshop was the Master Control rover. This was the key command vehicle in my concept for ground control through satellite-linked robots. Sadly, that blueprint got outdated with the discontinuation of the sloped armor blocks. I know some of you asked me to rebuild this vehicle - so here is a revamped, light version of this buggy. Thank you for waiting.

This mighty rover also features extensively in the SF novel I've written, inspired by Space Engineers.

Master Control is a heavy-armored chassis that uses short bursts of thrust to pick up speed and safely break any fall from height. This keeps this little command vehicle highly mobile and able to oversee the whole sector through a surface-to-orbit laser link.

User manual:
Careful with the thruster. I suggest you use short bursts (by pressing 1) when you need a little bit of extra speed.

Rugged, yet highly mobile, ocher-colored chassis came from a different time, when it was imperative to keep the precious crew safe. Powerful and unrelenting, this relic of the past was the perfect embodiment of that ancient human ambition to tame the red planet. But those ambitions were extinguished long ago...

This looks very cool, but the first time I hit a hill, the cockpit got smashed! It handled well until then, though. And it looks sooo good!

@R4d6 & epflederer - I'll do it. There seems to be a demand for it. Right now I am working on the sequel for Janitors, with its own set of unique vehicles, but I'll find the time for the legendary MC.

@Parkasever Why don't you do a Master Control "2.1" ? You simply have to take the MC 1, then replace the missing block by the heavy ones (Or Light one, your choice). Then you have an MC 1 without the discontinued blocks.

If you can't do it for reasons, can someone else do it?

Is this the MC of janitors of the late space age? I always imagined it more like the original design
