Train Depot

Description
The result of bordem and watching a stream of Transport Fever. This mod was made after someone jokingly suggested a depot building in stellaris.

The Train depot allows for efficient transportation of minerals across the surface of the planet. Trains also provide unity because everyone likes trains. The Train Depot is a plnetary unique (1 per planet only) that provides 1 mineral and 1 unity. There is also a +1 mineral adjacency bonus for mines as well.

The building image is that of the war factory with rails and a Union Pacific 4-8-8-4 Big Boy leaving it

You know it suprises me that someone hasn't created a shipset using Space trains! They could model them of the "Galaxy Railways" series of trains or get even more creative....

You know what this isnt actually a bad idea. Just make any resource buildings around it get adjacency by x1 or 2 and polish the image a bit then this would be a golden addition.
