Description
Jin-Roh: The Wolf Brigade Playermodels, NPCs, and Props.

This pack is an HD remaster of the existing Jin-Roh playermodel, with some added bells and whistles. The model now has 2048x2048 textures, ambient occlusion, much higher quality normal mapping, phong-mapping, and some model errors were resolved.

Featuring:

-Three model variants from the film: The base Jin-Roh armour, White Team armour, Red Team armour
-Three additional camouflaged model variants with authentic Nazi camouflage patterns applied to the armour: Pea-dot camouflage, swamp camouflage, and plains camouflage (variant)
-C Menu support (I know, rare for me)
-C hands/viewmodel hands support for compatible weapons (with some minor issues, depending on the weapon you're using, but usually fine)
-Self-illuminated eyes (so that they glow in the dark, naturally)
-A hostile and friendly NPC of each of the six model variants
-A 2048x2048 MG-42 prop with four bodygroups for the bipod - removed, up, down, and to the side (like in the film)
-A string of bullets prop for use in posing

These models were a labour of love following the watching of the film, which was one of my favourites I have watched this year. Hopefully someone gets a use out of it.

(The preview images of the Jin-Roh models are 2560x1440 and optimized for use as high-quality wallpapers. The MG-42 is not designed for wallpaper usage.)

the special force guys with the red eyes genuinely scared me as a kid when I first watched it, I was scared I would wake up and just see one staring at me from my window or something

Amazing work the three original films had different suits plus Jin Roh the wolf brigade (2001) is before stray dogs (1991) and before the red spectacles (1987). so watching them backwards of the they were made also avoid the horrible south Korean live action film man it was a bad remake illang the wolf brigade (2023).

can I port this to L4D2?

Is it possible to give them STGs and Mauser Pistols as usable weapons? Cause I remember them using such weaponry in the film, and not just the MG42 that was used as their goto gun.

ultimate iron sky Watch it. Its not like other animes. It has a very good story and its artstyle is very detailed.

Can I use the backpack model for my Combine Soldiers?

Great job, my man, but I have a question: did you really make 6 separate models for different skins instead of 1 model with 6 skingroups? Like, that could've slightly lower the addon size. Only a bit, of course, but would've saved you a lot of hussle with compiling this many models. Same with NPCs, too.
Also, I really don't wanna be an asshole, but c_hands are, well... They aren't great. I appreciate them being here in the first place, of course, but they lack finger bones and some upper arm vertices aren't assigned to the bone, so they stretch over the screen when I use anything that isn't HL2 or CS:S weapons.

Your models are still damn good tho
