Gipple (ギップル) from Magical Circle Guru Guru (魔法陣グルグル).

Created for the Multitap "save", but not a port of the character from Returns.

Costume 3: "Fire Pro Gipple", based on a picture by Jazzman/Omega
Costume 4: "Gippolo" (Gipple cosplaying as Piccolo), based on a sketch by (one of the Multitap crew; probably PressStart.)
