Hi everyone, this is my new ride created for the Halloween contest 2017 organised by Channel5 Gaming.

The entrance and the queue settle in the front and the reception of the local asylum. After buying a spooky hat and some supplies to survive, you will be invited to go in the Torque for an epic ride on a fast and smooth track.
All sceneries are designed to support the track and bring you into an incredible “full of pumpkins” experience all over the ride.

That was the advertisement, now let’s talk about the park !

I had a lot of fun creating this park.
The asylum was the first building i created then i started to think about the coaster. I wanted it fast and smooth, with good stats. My choice was to use the Torque because i find it really easy and flexible for my requirements. It took hours (and a lot of crash test dummies) to design the track.
Once the Torque considered as finished, i start all the scenery. At this specific point i was wondering if i have enough time to finish for the contest.
The challenge was to put pumpkins absolutely everywhere without doing too much, then i started considering the lights. I realised how a good placement of light is hard to do and how am totally ignorant, so i started over and over, that was long and i am still not happy but for now it’s all i have. I learned a lot !

While i was building the storm tower i realized an important thing that will impact all what is coming next : my track is fast, you don’t have the time to see all the details i put.
After a little brain crash i finally chooses a new policy : for sceneries all over the park, to not overload the map and focus on the track surrounding and the general atmosphere.

In the end, am happy with the result.
