Heavenly Island Tropical Remake

Description
Heavenly Island TR

The Just Tropical Theme is recommended but you don't need it!

I've redone the Heavenly Island map to get more tropical feelings. I've also redone the whole highway and train network which is more compact now and provides more outgoing connections than the original. Tunnels also included.

Also added a couple of new islands, rivers, lakes and ponds. I also slightly reduced the noise of the map to get a smoother result but still keeped the wildish topography of it.

This map is also "81 Tiles" ready. This means this map is themed out until the edges of the map. The original map was just themed in the center tiles.

Have fun =)

I used a couple of mods to edit this map but only placed vanilla pieces. If there is any conflict please tell me.

Hm weird. I edited the specific spots on your screenshots and hope this should avoid those glitches in the future.

I'll check this out, What graphical settings do you use? I don't have this glitches in my game. I will edit the terrain a bit to avoid this.

thx =). Yeah to make such maps you need a lot of time. I'm already on a new one ^^ more islands... more beaches... more waterfalls.. more tropic ;D. It will be the first one i done completly by me self (without terrain.party heightmap). But just started a few hours ago :) hope it gets well ^^

I love this map! I made a map called Forgotten Island and this is basically what I dreamed for that map to look like, but I lacked the skill to make it look so good. Going to be using yours now :D

Looks like the elevated road error has disappeared. The recent update caused many mods to quite working. Most seem to be fixed now.

I wish they would allow more stuff in the map editor. Makes it a pain to make a decent map.

Yeah i know the "issue"' with the tunnels. The dirt will get removed as soon you buy the tile where it's located. (After unlocking the tile: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1174925622)
But they do work even with those dirt piles at the entrance. It's just a visual problem. I guess it's because you need a mod to be able to place tunnels in the map editor. tAkus original map didn't had any tunnels at all.

What problems you have with the elevated roads? didn't get this one.

I couldn't see any tunnels in tAku's map. The ones in youre remake show them as clogged with dirt. I'm also getting an error on the elevated roads (the original map gets the same error)
