Well this, and every other m9k-based weapon as far as I know, has no aim-sway. It's simply not in the code. Maybe you have something else causing issues. I've heard that "SharpeYe - No Stamina" Causes issues, and M9k-TFA converter tends to break things to a point where one needs to reinstall GMod.
Just poke around your addon folder and see if you have something weird.

Also, that doesn't explain the swaying you mentioned before.
