Description
A corner bank building with heavenly facade and stunning ceiling height.
It is based on 650 West Hastings Street ,Canadian Bank of Commerce in Vancouver, Canada (I believe it's a retail store now)

I blindly started building 2x3 Level 3 corner office without knowing there's none in vanilla! and I found there's no building look like a bank anywhere so here it is!

Asset Info:

Growable - 2x3 Corner - Level 2 Office Building
MODEL - 1336 triangles with 1024x1024 textures (d,i,n,s)
LOD - 126 triangles with 128x128 textures (d,i,s)

Thanks :) I actually found a few vanilla buildings based on ones in Canada. Halifax and Windsor if you ever got bored, try find them!

I believe some people use 3dsmax or Sketchup to model but, in my opinion, Blender is the most straight-forward but has some complexity to model and to apply textures for CS. I use Photoshop for my textures. It's great if you have it but if you don't, I'm sure you can find some free image editing software. Otherwise, youtube tutorials (I don't like to read) and most importantly...passion! It keeps you going and possesed lol
