Description
The similarities between Bill and the Smoker is his jacket color and shirt, please do not confuse them.

This is the later color variant of the Smoker, where his jacket was green instead of tan/brown.

Be sure you turn off SV_Consistency for this mod to work.

No tongue, mostly tumors/pores/bumps, and dirtier/lower resolution clothes. I like it! :steamhappy:
