ARTY! - GORLAMI STANDALONE

Description
A standalone version of Allied and Axis Artillery sound effects included in the main mod - GORLAMI SOUNDS.

Features:
1. Redesigned German artillery now resembles Nebelwerfer more.
2. Redesigned Allied artillery firing sounds.
3. Redesigned smoke shells and WP shells impact sounds, they now sound very different from each other.

Wow that sound for the German arty is really unnerving. If it were the default arty sound I'd imagine a lot of people would hide in buildings at the sound of it.

Its rather strange how in the base game I think the German artillery strike sounds like a howizer instead of a Nebelwerfer, so good job
