Cliff Cottage

Description
A one bedroom house with a full smithy in the basement, sitting high on a cliff overlooking Bruca's Leap Redoubt. Don't know where that is? No problem, it's pre-discovered on your map. Just look for the little house doohicky about half way between Solitude and Markarth.

THE UPDATE, DAWNGUARD, AND HEARTHFIRE WERE USED TO MAKE THIS MOD.

All containers are safe and will not respawn. There are at least 11 through-out the home. You can't get rid of the skeever, he's involunerable. If you don't like him, this house isn't for you.

There is an anvil shrine in the bedroom for a quick disease cure.

Note: There is an updated version to this mod called 'Cliff House 2'. Part 2 has a more compact interior made to fit the outside structure and a couple apiaries outside.

Trench - The house is accessible without fast travel. There is a Stormcloak camp fairly close by behind it, so there should be a path as well. It's a good question, doesn't look like it, does it?

I made the house as a request, hence the skeever. The requester lost her beloved pet rat recently, hence why the skeever is invulnerable. I hate the thought of people killing it for fun. Thank you V, for the solution.

seerk1 - I try to keep what I share fairly nuetral. By doing so, I hope to remove limits for users who may choose to immerse themselves differently than myself. So I generally choose to leave out items pertaining to faction, religion, skill, skill level and Dovakin status. For someone who enjoys smithing, this is simply a useful decoration. Also, not everyone knows which icon goes to which devine.

Whatsif - Don't let prediscovered landmarks limit you. Fast travel is a choice.

I like the idea of a pet Skeever, but I don't like that he's invulnerable. Also, I don't like that the house is prediscovered on your map. Other than that, this sounds cool.

Select [Click] the Skeever, use tilde key [~] above Tab, it opens the console commands, and type "disable" and then enter, exit console comands and the skeever is gone for good. Problem solved.

make the skeever killable. players should chose their skeever pet allowances.
