teach me how to make chameleon circuit models i wanna rig this so bad and make it into a tardis

Does anybody know how to make playermodels? If anyone can make playermodels. Please make a playermodel to go along with this Tardis. Here's a concept for a outfit, try to make this a playermodel. The player model's should have the head and face a fusion combing features from Male 06, Male 07, Male 08 and Male 09. and make the playermodel have a Doctor-esque outfit with a little steampunk details. Here's a picture to get the idea on what the player model's suit.

A top hat, fedora, bowler or boater hat. also a bodygroup to wear gloves, sunglasses, goggles or glasses. That's my message to all people who see this comment and knows how to make playermodels. Make this idea real. Here's a name for this playermodel. "The Variant Doctor." That's my idea, I hope you like it. Hope this idea gets made, if anybody makes this, let me know!
