Blue Paint on Savage Orcs for Mortal Empires (Outdated)

Description
This mod recolor all the savage orcs units in the bloody hands main faction to have a blue paint like the lore books! so no more red paint on them.

Compatible with every mod that has not recolor the savage orcs for the bloody hands faction.

Updated to the Prophet & Warlock DLC.

hopefully that means bloody handz using red paint on their savage orcs is lore correct
