Description
Automatically starts Emptying landfills and cemetaries. Then, once finished, it stops.

当设施充满后，需要手动清空设施。这样做的话，会在清空至一半后，自己停止了清空。

The facility cannot be automatically emptied normally.
When the facility is full, the facility needs to be emptied manually. If you do this, it will stop emptying itself after it is half empty.

I tried, it seems that it cannot empty waste transfer station, I hope you could add this function on it.
