Construction Town - version 2

As I have said with the previous version, this is trying to be a mini Dust 2, where confrontations happen quick and tactical manouvers happen when there is 4-5 people still alive (all together, not equally). But this version has been 'slightly' edited so Terroists actually have the chance to win without dying a BS death. I lowered some of the walls so most of then you don't even need to crouch jump and end up dying. So, just in general, removed some bugs and lessened the chance of dying a BS death.
