Carolina Blue HUD

Note to self: there is a Russian description I will now have to be updating too. FML.

A simple recolor of the default HUD. Makes the usual greens a grayish light blue, like the color of the (default) crosshair and survivor names. Alters the weapon selection color and health bars; the orange bar is replaced with pink. The name was chosen after the closest shade of blue, according to Wikipedia, and is subject to change. You can suggest your own variants as well, but I'm already kinda fond of working name "Carol".

The only thing that doesn't match the new color scheme is the local player's health counter. If anyone wants to offer their help, you're very welcome. A temporary solution is to remove it altogether, as seen in this version:

This addon replaces the HUD LAYOUT and some VGUI textures! It works with custom team panels (like the Team Health Counter) and custom iconsheets (like my Real, actual HUD icons). Any addon that modifies the hudlayout.res file or health bar textures (and weapon selection outline texture) will conflict with this one.
