RestartIL command

Description
This mod adds a console command called RestartIL, which restarts the current level more accurately than fullyrestartlevel. It is primarily aimed at IL speedrunners.

Needs enablecheats on to work!

Keep in mind that the names for Chapter 4 levels are a bit messed up when reloading through this mod, but it doesn't change the level itself.

This mod is incompatible with other mods that set the CheatManager of the player controller (not that there are many of those).

Incase anyone else has that question, you can do this by typing setbind o “enablecheats” and setbind p “restartIL”.

Hey, I wondered if there was a way to make this a keybind? So for example, if I press select on my controller the level restarts. now I have to switch to kb/m, open console and paste EnableCheats | restartiL in console everytime. I know it sounds lazy but it would be very useful.
