Metal Sonic Helmet

A Metal Sonic helmet for when you want to be edgy, but not too edgy, as you go fast.

Credit again to JerseyXS97 for helping me get the eyes to glow, and credit to Fatiz for his Sonic hat that this was based off of, as I wanted this to be a flair of that hat. (This is also why the icon for this pays homage to the icon for Fatiz' Sonic hat)

UPDATE 9/2/22

So, I originally was gonna wait until closer to October to release this update, but I am too excited to wait any longer :)

This update adds a few things, the biggest of which is: The addition of a new flair, the Reaper Metal Sonic helmet, from the Reaper Metal Sonic skin in Sonic Forces: Speed Battle and Sonic Dash! As with the modern and classic helmets, this comes with two versions: A basic version with the OG colors, and a dyed version. In this, the main head goes off the hat color and ears off hatband like the others, but the hood is set to match the cape and the skull paint is set to the color designated as "orange" on dyes.

Second, the new Reaper helmet flair has a special model when used with Virtual Kid! Largely it's the same, but this one has a little low poly hood added on!

Finally, every model now has Wireframe version! I will say the Reaper one was a bit of a pain, but I eventually got it to work. It involved me having to isolate the hood, add in the forces model used for the modern helmet, edit that mesh to not clip with the hood, edit UVs... took quite a bit more than I think I've done for literally any other mod (Even the Tamamo No Hat Kid which is still probably my favorite mod I have released), but the results are decent enough for me.

Anyway, for all... oh wow, over 2000 subscribers (Thanks everyone, seriously it means a lot to me knowing people enjoy my mods.), I hope you enjoy the new flair!

As with the Classic variants, Reaper and its dyed version are found in the roulette.
