Avikan Themed Cursors

I tried to base it off Aegonian 's concept art, however I found trying to get that detail in a 16x16 area impossible. I have instead decided to focus on 2 versions based off the in game sprites.

@Pawelu232 Well there is an avali cursor already on steam but it isn't like this one.
It's mainly a recolor of the default set.

I can put it on my plans list, but its hard to promise something like that, because I'm not exactly sure how to go about it. Are they feathered? Is it like a reptilian arm with feathers?
