A few days ago I was watching twitch and a guy called GoSeigen made an absolute insane solution to 7-9 switchbacks. In this level I limited the road to 9 so you will have to try to recreate that solution. But instead of 4 cars there are 3 and I added some balloons to help you out.

As you see the cars will have to go their opposite location
on the other side. You have to figure out a way with no hydraulics and limited road to make the road move up and lock in place.
