Higher Pop Storytellers[v18]

Description

This is a mod that adds 3 new storytellers to the game, these story tellers function just like normal ones except they will allow you to have more people in your colony.

The way it works is, each story teller has a min ammount of people it wants you to have, and slowly decreases the ammount of people it gives you, untill the point where it will actually TRY to kill your people because you have too many.

The story tellers from this mod have higher population caps and a will encurage your colony to grow at a rate that slowly slows down as your colony grows.

Would love a B19 version of this -- I really enjoy making mega-cities in-game (and then watching Randy slaughter everyone).

Does this mean that you have to hit higher populations before getting serious raids and the like (for a level or serious depenent on how hard the setting is )? Or does it just make more folks available to join with easier recruitment or what?

If my colonics would breed like my Muffalorats, there'd be an extra need for your mod. I'll add it on my list, but not enabling it now... just searching for a good scenario first.

im stuck at 12ish colonists. not really seeing any big chances for extra colonists. feels like normal
