Description
Flight II Lafayettes replace their 20mm Vulcan CIWS with LSU-14/A Vanguard lasers. Although effective at intercepting standoff missiles, power supply issues can arise in tactical situations. Ultimately only two spaceframes were commissioned before production moved to Flight IIA.
