Uke's UI overhaul (SERVERBROWSER)

This is part 3 of the mod.
It makes life much easier when you know what server you're looking for but can will cost some fps while loading the servers because the serverlist will be rebuilt over and over again(you can reduce the lag by filtering as much servers as possibe (e.g. filter empty and full)).
After all servers are loaded it doesn't reduce the fps. (tested on my computer good cpu, average graphics card)

This includes:
-edited the server browser
-removed map and game search bar
-moved 'filter modded' and 'filter rookie'

-added 'filter' search bar
this searchbar incudes servername,game and map search
type: "name:<partial servername>" to filter all servers by the name
type: "map:<partial mapname>" to filter all servers by the map
type: "game:<partial gamename>" to filter all servers by the game(you can also write mode instead of game)
if you just enter something like "test" it will search by map,game and servername you can seperate multiple criterias with ","
example: "name:gorge,name:test,map:veil"
