Description
Credits to LordZarmack for his ideas and StrangeAK47 for his dwarfkeg tank texture from TWW1.

This steam tank is modified to spew fire from its turret. It is lightly armored compared to normal steam tank and has lower cost and upkeep.

Been a hot second, gearing up for another Empire campaign. Tank doesn't seem to appear in the third tier of the gunsmithing building like it used to. I tried tweaking it in RPFM to fix it but everything looks in order at a glance. Can we get some pointers on how to do a self-update?

@UncleDoctor The issue I think with normal flame weapon projectiles is a limitation with the animation/model bones. Flame weapons actually operate like Rattling guns, they fire a "volley" of several projectiles every activation, AND THEN reload. You can edit the number of shots in each volley, but the model or animation has to be flagged as capable of volley fire to begin with. The Steamtank's weapons do not have such animation flags, and so cannot be used with volley fire weapons.

You can change the projectile type to match the Irondrake, but then the weapon would only ever fire a single particle of flame at a time. You could reduce the reload/refire time between single shots, but then the tank would never have ANY downtime or reload periods. Some projectiles, like breath attacks, can shotgun multiple entities in a single firing, but I believe this again limited by the projectile itself.

For anybody wondering about what the tank is like since it can't currently be seen or used in custom battles;
-The main gun shoots a Helstorm rocket, but it's much more powerful. It does around 870 damage, is armor piercing, and has splash damage, in addition to firing faster.
-The Flamethrower turret seems to be slightly shorter range than the steam one, but again much stronger, fires a bit faster, and sweeps across a formation in a wider cone, potentially hitting every model in a unit. The Flamethrower can fire while the tank is moving.
-You can only recruit 8 flamethrower tanks.
-Has blue markings instead of red.

There's an incompatibility with Lost Factions part 1 Beta, was causing a crash and I narrowed it down to this mod. Just throwing it out.

@Trombonistanian in custom battles the flamer steam tank only shows up for the Empire roster and not the dwarfs

hi wong_wy just try your mod, i am missing something withe the dwarf flag on your screenshot? im playing with thorgrim and i cant recruit them in the campaing or the custom battle ! thank a lot and its really seem to be a good mod
