Description
I was annoyed that the other OP starts were not updated and generic, so i made this. This is a start scenario which gives you 10 million monies, max stats and skills, all research, masterwork armor, and a few weapons, including a legendary Nodachi.

Feel free to ask questions or make reccomendations!

Could you make this exact mod but it's a group of 3-5? Same weapons, same stats or however it is easier to make
