[MTD] Eos Short Range Cruiser

The MTD Eos Short-Range Cruiser, SRG 1196, is a small, general purpose, all environment starship designed to be operated under the command of a larger station or mothership. It is inexpensive and relatively easy to build and operate, and features a simple but efficient interior layout. While the Eos doesn't have a dedicated hangar, it does have an open forward deck space below the bridge, with enough space to carry a small drone.

The Eos is able to transition between space and atmosphere and can operate reliably in both environments. It also features a parachute system to kill speed after reentry. While its O2 and fuel capacity allow it to run for long periods of time, the ship's lack of jump drives and a rechargeable power source prevent it from being used safely if it ventures too far from its home base.
