File adds National Team of Catalonia. The replaced ID is Andorra which means:
- Andorra doesn't exists
- Andorran league is now Catalan league and generates Catalan players
- Catalonian National Team plays in qualifications to EURO Cup and World Cup

also changed:
- region of Catalonia and Catalonian cities now belongs to Catalonia
- all Spanish players borned in Catalonia are now citizens of Catalonia and can play in national team
- all non-Spanish players borned in Catalonia has now Catalonian second citizenship
- added Catalan language to players, cities and region
- chosen Camp Nou as official stadium
- kits colours
- other minor changes such as reputation, transfer and wage values
