4/1: Added Virtues for Bretonnian lords and paladins
3/30: Added skills to Mixu's lords.
3/18: Major overhaul of many skills, too many to list individually. Complete rework of Wood Elf skills.

I was inspired by Ash's New Skills for Lords mod, but disliked having a large amount of skills given to every lord, and I found myself rarely using most of the new skills and always using a handful of them. So, I created my own mod and decided to share it with anyone interested. All lords now have access to four new skills based on their race. I tried to remain loreful and focus on skills and benefits that enchance the faction or lord rather than a broad array of general skills.

For example, the Empire gets:
Professional Armorsmith at level 21: +5/10/15 armor
Master Alchemist at level 17: +10/20/30% artillery range and +5/10/15 artillery firing rate
Statesman at level 5: reduces agent action cost -2/4/6, diplomatic bonus of +2/4/6.
Specific diplomatic bonuses: Empire +10/15/20, Dwarves +8/12/18, Bretonnia +5/9/14, High Elves +5/9/14, Lizardmen +4/6/10
Scholar at level 7: +5/10/15 research rate, WIzard cap increase by 1 at level 3
Summon the Elector Counts, level 10: recruitment slots 1/2/3
Sigmar's Will, level 14: Sigmarite religious building cost -10/20/30, warrior-priest cap +0/1/2

And Skaven get:
Burgeoning Population at level 3: +20/30/40 growth and +1/2/3 recruitment slots
Omnivorous at level 10: -10/20/30 upkeep for lord's army
Superior Numbers at level 14: +8/16/30 replenishment
Natural Engineers at level 21: +15/25/35 ammo and +10/20/30 artillery range
Scent of Magic, level 5: magic item find +20/25/30
Scurry, level 10: campaign movement range +10/15/20

This should be compatible with all mods including complete overhauls and works in both Eye of the Vortex and Mortal Empires. If anyone has any suggestions, ideas for new skills, or finds a problem, please let me know.

Added support for MIxu's lords mods.

If there is a large demand for compatability with other lord mods, leave a link with for the desired mod and I'll look into it. I am also considering adding some new skills to heroes.
