Texas National Team

File adds National Team of Texas. The replaced ID is USA Virgin Islands which means:
- USA Virgin Islands doesn't exists
- The league of USA Virgin Islands is now Texan league and generates Texan players
- Texas is located in the Caribben (I could place in NA but It would screw up Caribbean Cup and Qualifications to WC)
- Texan National Team plays in Caribbean Cup, Gold Cup and qualifications to World Cup

Recommended is using the flag of Texas

Unzip and put to Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2018\graphics

also changed:
- State of Texas and Texan cities now belongs to Texas (not USA)
- all Texan players borned in USA are now citizens of Texas and can play in national team
- all non-Texan players borned in Texas has now Texan second citizenship
- chosen BBVA Compass Stadium as official stadium
- kits colours
- other minor changes such as reputation, transfer and wage values
