Description
Built for planetary and space engagements, the Sovereignia is the cutting edge in carrier tech. Capable of ferrying space and atmospheric crafts in a spacious through designed main hangar, the Sovereignia offers easy launching and docking with four starboard/port main exits, a traditional front exit, and a rear main entryway. Unlike its predecessor, the Eveam, the Sovereignia is cable of launching and docking swiftly while on the move. With its adjustable docking pylons in the main hangar, flight deck, and forward docking pads, the Sovereignia is more than capable of quickly rearming ships of all kinds.
Bosting a secondary hangar designed for land vehicles, the Sovereignia can take the fight to the surface of both planets and moons alike. Send in troops beforehand to clear an LZ or bombard a planet with the multipurpose drop pod bay. Built with invasion support in mind, the Sovereignia also comes equipped with crew quarters, officers’ quarters, and a roomy captain’s quarters to house a full compliment of your faction. Need to coordinate before the attack? Not a problem. With her mission briefing room, conference room, and built in status system, victory is as simple as planning.
To defend against potetial loss of command, the Sovereignia incorporates a command can control burried beneath the heavy armor of the flight deck and hangar decks, boosting survivability in battle. This combined with strategically placed turrets and a repair system, the Sovereignia will carry your troops boldly into the stars.

On the bright side, some of the new blocks have made the ship both more reliable on weapons and safe to fly with the design I went with. I'm looking forward to people getting their hands on it.

Very nice! I've been testing this one on an alien planet which is heavier gravity so it should be good on all the other planets. Afterwards I do plan on designing a transporter for the crawlers. There has been a few that have asked. I know it's been a long time in development but the MK2 is coming.

@Luvstruckmango test worked like a charm, lifts even a heavier than stock modded variant of the crawler, and easily transports it out of 1.0 G with only 2-3% more fuel usage, can't wait for the MK II either, but I'll probs use the MK I version alongside it anyhow since I managed to fix some minor issues with the conveyoring systems :D

Just an update, finally got some systems working the way I want. Making more progress to the release of the Mk2 version.

I hope it works out! Let me know how the test went. Though I think you'll be pleased with the Mk2 version. Basically a whole new ship, but built with the same design principles, plus some stuff I've learned recently with other craft I've designed while messing around with friends in my dedicated server.

you know, its funny, I'm only now realizing this ship's age, and yet I'm about to attempt another refit to fix an issue I've been having up to now, and this might solve all my problems in one shot if I do it right (basically, rather than need a whole other ship to transport the larger mobile base crawlers, just use this ship, pop magnetic clamps on the bottom part, and then line the clamps up, lock on the flat top of the crawler, and off we go, still gotta test it to see if it'll work though :D)
