FIXED [TK] M16A4 Sound Mod

NOTE: I am not the creator of this mod. The original upload had an error with the suppressed sounds that caused them to not play, and my reupload fixes that.

Insurgency does have an M16a4. I'm just using the same picture that the original mod creator used.

why is there a payday 2 picture on a insurgency mod? maybe im retarded and forgot that theres no m16a4 in insurgency and its a sound mod for that but i play both of these games every so often so maybe im wrong
