for best settings:

1. join a bhop server
2. leave server, and type "map bhop_tranquil_garden_fix" in console
3. type these commands in console:
sv_cheats 1
sv_enablebunnyhopping 1
sv_autobunnyhopping 1
sv_staminamax 0
sv_staminaju
