Nationality Updates 18.1.1

Description
I have updated a number of players nationalities to correct some info the database has.
This ranges from adding a nationality, a second/third nationality or declaring them.

Sam Lavelle and Peter Ramage are only listed as English despite being former Scotland youth internationals so I've added them as Scottish too. Scottish youngsters Daniel Finlayson, Matthew Shiels and Mo Yaqub have had second nationalities added. USA is now Scott Pittman's second nationality. Also, Gary Phillips was listed as Scottish twice (lucky guy eh?) so I've fixed that along with a few other small tweaks.

Jonjo Shelvey, Ash Taylor (both Scotland), Troy Deeney, Jordan Jones (both N Ireland), Ricky Modeste (Grenada) and Liam Trotter (Jamaica) have had another nationality added although Shelvey and Taylor are already internationals and not eligible to play. A couple of Kosovans have also been updated as the FM database still had them at Albania and Serbia.

Jordan Jones (N Ireland), Ricky Modeste (Grenada), Tom Cairney (Scotland), Tammy Abraham (England), Ethan Ampadu, David Brooks (both Wales) Admiral Muskwe (Zimbabwe) and Bruma (Portugal) have been declared for their nations.

I have noticed that by declaring a player on FM18 it then makes them only eligible for that nation while in previous editions they would still be eligibe, but other nations just couldn't call them up. Quite a lot of people are listed as declared while technically they should still be eligible for other nations. Personally I'd undeclare everyone so they are still eligible till they are capped by someone but that would cause some unrealistic call-ups. I've instead undeclared some players who realistically could still switch between nations (mostly players that have already switched at least once). Lloyd Jones (Wales/England), Matthew Targett, Sam Gallagher (both England/Scotland) and Ademola Lookman (Nigeria/England) may now at some point switch alegiances. Other English players such as Nathaniel Chalobah, Andrew Surman, Jordon Ibe, Nathan Dyer and Junior Stanislas are all still set as declared (have not changed) because they have made it known they only want to play for Engand (or just not for their other nation), so technically are still eligible but by keeping them declared it is the more realistic option. English players such as Lewis Baker, Nedum Onuoha, Todd Kane, Brendan Galloway, Connor Wickham, Kyle Bartley and many more are technically still eligible for other nations but are only declared/eligible on the database for England. Any of them could opt to play for someone else in real life but I haven't changed them on the database because I don;t know if any of them actually will switch alegiances to play international football.

I have made quite a few changes not listed in the description but this is most of the changes I can think of. If you know of any corrections to the database I have not already made let me know and I will add it to the next nationality update file I upload.
