The increasing authority of the president of the Republic of Breslan (one of the 22 republics of the Russian Federation), Alikhan Tsarnaev, during the early 2000s, and the creation of a "self-defence" paramilitary force under direct command of Tsarnaev led to a really harsh political crisis between the Kremlin and Breslan. He used the popular support of the muslim population (a 76% of the population) to threaten the Russian government with the use of the force against Russian ethnics if the Kremlin didn't allow him more administrative power and the creation of an official military guard. Seen this as an act of insurrectionism, the Federal Council approved in 2010 the deployment of the Interior Troops and members of MVD Spetsnaz units to restore Moscow's authority.

The Russian forces quickly captured president Alikhan Tsarnaev and some more cooperators while they were trying to leave the city of Pecher. The capital city of Pecher is occupied by the remnants of Tsarnaev's personal guard who fight against the Russian security forces. Now the Russian forces have reached the streets of Pecher and have taken back the local airfield. The fighting continues...

Take the role of the team leader of a MVD 604th Special Purposes Center (former "Vityaz"), to take back in control the Federal Seat buildings of the city, located in an important plaza against the insurrectionists of the autonomous republic of Breslan. Beware of the windows of every building, snipers have prepared a hard defence to fight the Russian security forces.
