Download my Adventuring Party mod and open it in the pack file manager. I can't remember the name of the tables, but it's handicap-something. Only table in the mod. Delete the content, add a new line, add the effect you copied earlier, make it "faction_to_forces_own" (maybe, you will have to experiment a bit), player only, 99 charges or something and add it to -1, 0 , 1, 2 and 3 difficulty. Or whatever it is, use the adventuring party mod as your template. Rename the table if it's called "adventuring party", save as and give it a new name. Create a fancy image that is 256x256 (I think) with the same name as the mod, just .png at the end and upload it after testing.
There you go, you are now a modder!
