[NOT FULLY TESTED]
The Meteor Storms in SE are a little bit too much, the NORMAL setting isnt so bad, for an experienced player, but the other ones are just too extreme, so this fixes that :)
new Timings, in minutes

NORMAL:
Minimum 15
Maximum 30

CATACLYSM:
Minimum 10
Maximum 20

ARMAGEDDON:
Minimum 7
Maximum 14

the game picks a number between those values each time, there is an initial meteor storm after first start/load, that is somewhere between the Minimum and Maximumm but you will have to just play to find out what it might be :)

these might be adjusted based on feedback
