Description
So I decided it was time to bring Sky Village to patch 7 and did so with a few perks

It's now a floating base, a CV in fact

It has all that is required to support a small faction and can be operated as a moving base so it can even be relocated in case of need.

There's a few things you need to keep in mind to spawn it, you will need to be high in the air in order to spawn it, from aboard a SV it's the most recommended.

Once spawned it has a pilot seat at the anchor at the bottom that can be used to adjust the position, can be removed afterwards

After that you can turn off RCSs and Thrusters and it's set to be a base, no extra fuel consumption will be required as the anchor will prevent it from falling.
