Description
The Swarm-E is a fully electric submarine designed to be a cheap to use, assasin submarine or as a last ditch effort to defend a base. The submarine comes fully shielded against shells being fired onto from the top or front of the submarine.

A massive swarm of 58 HEAT torpedos and missiles
2 Simple laser turrets
