add some hair, will update more hair style on the future

增加了16款頭髮，日後有空會增加更多款式哦~
髪型16種類を追加します。　少しずつ増えていく予定です。

the hair look good but it says its for no game versions and if any colonist has any on they look bald. please fix in the meantime i'll send you friend request.

People, if you want the mod to work, there's literally only one change you need to make, and that's changing the about.xml target version to 0.19.0.
