A handsome, timeless design, tall but not too tall, and it fits perfectly in an 8x8 block. I do see what you mean about the windows, but it's already attractive enough that my cims have named it one of their 10 favorite Art Deco skyscrapers in an informal survey. It's so bright that they've started using it when giving directions, and many business owners now want to relocate to the buildings across the streets from it because that'll make it easier to find them.
It's also bright during the day, even on the shaded sides.
