The mods I'm currently using while playing Stellaris. Nothin' fancy.

Guilli's Planet Modifiers isn't totally accounted for by the Cultural Overhaul mod, but not in a way that's really game-breaking or buggy.

United Flags includes some... not-great ones, and some of Cybrxkhan's namelists are more incomplete than I'd like, but I'm including them for the sake of completeness as they're still worth using.

I would have included my mod for fixed biophage/xenophage opinion modifiers, but that isn't compatible with some of the others, as it overwrites one of the same files. Boo.
