More Moons

Description
I always thought it was weird that most of the time none gas giant planets could only have one moon. Planets with multiple moons are common in both science fiction and real life. Good examples are Arrakis from the book series Dune, which has two moons and Pluto with its five moons. So, I took it upon myself to change this.

Features:

Planets can now have up to four moons & gas giants in the systems where there few planets but many moons can have up to eight.

Achievement compatible.

This mod overwrites the file misc_system_initializers.txt.

Ideas and constructive criticism are welcome.

Well this mod is great for tiny and small galaxy spawn, not really great for medium galaxy and up, and combine this mod with terraform mod and 5x amount of habitat world some time you could have around 10 habitat planet in 1 big system and it so freaking crazy. Well it also compatible vanilla version

I have seen some moon overlap happen when used with custom systems that are usually meant to have a certain amount of celestial bodies already. Not breaking and only noticable when you get close.

I tried this in a couple games last night and it seems to be working. Was nice to see some planets with a ton of moons, will continue trying it out.
