Tony Blauer is the creator of the SPEAR protection system that uses a person's reflex action in threatening situations as a basis for defense, who also uses the High Gear armor for practice and defense.

Features basic AI logic and two attires:

1-W/O helmet
2-With helmet

There's also some basic artistic license in his moves, as he is basically a military instructor, rather than a MMA fighter per se.
