Era - Current - WWE NXT

The wrestler formerly known as Patrick Clark once competed in the revival of Tough Enough, but did not win. He instead signed with NXT, showing promise despite a less than impressive win/loss record. Eventually, he retooled and became the Velveteen Dream, a wrestler taking more than a little inspiration from the recently departed Prince. The Dream has spent a large amount of time feuding with Aleister Black, playing constant mind games and demonstrating rapid development in the ring.
