massive rp hotel with 8 identical rooms; each has 6 chests, 2 small chests, 3 furnaces, 2 beds, a locker, and a campfire.
*mostly* secure main loot room on ground floor. (6 c4, 12 rockets to 1/2 of loot, 8 c4 16 rockets to all of it at the MINIMUM coming from the back of the base. going through main doors would take 8 c4 16 rockets for 1/2 or loot, and 10 c4 20 rockets to all of it.) it also comes with a ladder hatch stairway up to the roof from the owners main area (where loot is). Guests at hotel can't access roof. Also guests have access to a back area (includes Large furnace, refinery, repair and research bench, lvl 3 workbench, and 2 grills)
