Report a translation problem
None of this is necessary if you only plan to add NPC's. You can align your base any way you want. If you wish to add traders then that's a different story and you'll need to align the Z axis of the station. This is true of any or all space stations and it's unique to the use of traders only, not NPC's.
No need for you to change or add anything but for those who want to use traders, ...this is handy to know and can save a headache later.
