Bumbly Beach - RCT1 Challenge

Based on the sandbox created by Evolveduk, I bring you a scenario loosely adapted from the Challenge in RCT1.

With the park size limited to just outside the fence and two spawn points to fill up the park limit of 1300 guests. You are challenged to have 750 guests in your park by the end of October of Year 2 with a part rating of at least 600.

Additional challenges include:

Build 2 coasters of at least 4350 feet,
Have no staff member quit for at least 12 months.
Pay off your two initial loans.
