From Loaded and Re-Loaded comes C.H.E.B., the matter-manipulating foul being pursued by Teamus Horribilus.

Loaded, released in Japan as Blood Factory, for PlayStation and Saturn and its sequel Re-Loaded for PlayStation and PC were developed by Gremlin Interactive. The series features character design contributions from then 2000 AD's Judge Dredd writers Garth Ennis and Alan Grant and artists Greg Staples and Jason Brashill.

Once known as F.U.B. (Fat Ugly Boy), he made a daring escape from death. His brain pod fled the destruction of his body, ploughed across the galaxy at light speed before coming to rest on the desert planet Kee-Butt-5 populated by a 1000 strong band of struggling artists and (not so struggling) hippies. As it came crashing down, F.U.B's metallic bonce attracted the attention of one Manuel Auto, a strapping chiselled bronzed god of a bloke. Manuel was an artist and had the beard and tousled hair to prove it. Manuel tucked his little find under his arm and wandered home, unaware of the fateful consequences of his actions.

Later that night Manuel awoke suddenly, not feeling himself at all. A plan was at the forefront of his mind, a terrible plan. Artistic, yes, creative, certainly, but terrible none the less. A couple of days later Manuel left the planet, taking only a dozen blank canvases, the entire population's meager savings and grants and, mysteriously, a pile of Who's Who magazines. All he left was a note by way of an explanation. This announced that he had changed his name to C.H.E.B (Charming Handsome Erudite Bastard) and that he was off to do a bit of social climbing.

Slow moving with speed counts favoring heels and second interference.
