Description
If you clear a floor without taking damage, in the starting room of the next floor the chestnut will open and give:

1. An item from treasure pool
2. A charged key
3. 2 Bombs
4. A dime
5. A card

Once this happens, the trinket is destroyed.

The sprite needs a tweak, It doesn't look good at all, the idea of the trinket is awesome anyways.

@swiggity probably works like void and one-use items, will use the effect once and deleted from the void item after
