This thing will actually wreck a Charger faster than any other tier 1 gun in my mods,
but you have to be close.
As for penetration, unfortunately the game doesn't distinguish between a common infected and an interior door, so you either get an OP full-auto railgun that'll tear through a horde or an underpowered thing that can't shoot through doors.
.45 version: "It can be nigh-uncontrollable, certainly very challenging."
.380 version: "It's ideal for a gunfight in a phone booth."
This Uzi? https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=187872611
There's no mention of a .45 variant on world.guns.ru but the wikipedia page for the Uzi:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uzi
... does list .22 LR, .45 ACP and .41 AE variants. I'd never even heard of .41 AE.
"The .45 ACP Uzi used a 16- or 22-round magazine, while the .45 ACP Micro Uzi and Mini Uzi used a 12-round magazine. The Uzi was available with caliber conversion kits in .22 LR or .41 AE. The .41 AE also had a 20-round magazine," so I don't see anything to be gained by using them.
